Unser geräumiges Apartment liegt mitten im Zentrum von Premstätten in erhöhter Ausblickslage. Es erwartet Sie ein Panoramablick weit hinein in den Süden von Graz. Zudem liegt unser Apartment in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse wie auch einen eigenen Garten – beides lädt Sie zum Verweilen ein!
Es erwartet Sie ein helles & lichtdurchflutetes Apartment mit ca. 78 m² aufgeteilt auf zwei Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche, ein Bad und ein getrennt begehbares WC. Abgerundet wird das Angebot durch Parkplätze, die kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Ein kostenloser Stellplatz ist zudem überdacht und garantiert geschütztes Ein- und Ausladen.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer steht Ihnen ab dem 3. zahlenden Gast zur Verfügung.

Our location is the perfect starting point to explore Styria and experience a lot.
You can get to many recreation areas like Schwarzlsee (Lake Schwarzl, 2.5 km), Copacabana in Kalsdorf (6.6 km) and the Murauen (meadows near the river Mur, 8 km for rowing and kayaking) within a short time.
Besides, our apartment is located right next to the “Erzherzog Johann” bike path (R9 Tour of Styria). This way, you can access many bike paths along the river Mur up to the Slovenian border. Forget about your worries and relax!
Especially for our young guests, but also for the ones young at heart, we want to mention Jump 25 (3 km), Stunt.at adrenaline park (3 km) and the paintball action around Lake Schwarzl.
